The OEC Youth Entrepreneurship Program seeks to identify and support emerging markets entrepreneurs who have potential to transform themselves and their communities through an in-depth entrepreneurship training and coaching program.

LOCAL INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (LIP)

OEC aims to partner with various companies through LIP to create a stress free link between student interns, recent graduates and companies. LIP covers 4 stages: 1) Registration. 2) Modernized trainings on business skills and CV revamp. 3) Certified psychometric tests and Mock interview. 4) Internship Placements opportunity

HR AUDIT & COMPLIANCE

This ensures compliance with the laws and regulations. OEC conducts job evaluations, salary audit, HR policy and strategy review/development, HR performance management audit and employee satisfaction surveys and helps you develop all the necessary documents you require for your business.
